The golf club established in 1895 is located just outside Exeter in Devon. Development plans to renew the look of the reception, bar and cafe area and to build a Garden Pavilion were worked on for many years. The multi-million-pound project has been finalised in 2021 and included sports areas, a gym and a spa.
I had the pleasure to work on this project with Fruition Creative Services. I have been involved in the site meetings, taking measurements of the existing space. Based on this information I created 3-dimensional models of the Golf Club buildings with interiors designed by FCS. The biggest challenge was to efficiently use available computers to fit within the time frame, although project was completed on time and to satisfactory standards.
