This beautiful apartment is the client's holiday home, located in one of the elegant Portman Square townhouses, in the heart of London. The project has been realised while the client stayed abroad. His main wish was to create a space with neutral, almost hotel-like stylistics, which would be universal for any family member who would visit London. The floor in the whole flat has been changed from carpet to a warm, wood effect tiles harmonised with the white furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms have been redesigned to maximise the available floor space.

I also identified the need of more storage and incorporated it into my design. I created rows of wardrobes in the hallway and each bedroom. For the kitchen, I maximized space by installing larder type units and Blum systems. In the bathroom instead of wall-mounted basins, I proposed vanity units. Every piece of furniture was customised to fit its space perfectly.
